October 2024 Updates

Dear customer,

At Icnea we want to share with you new features and improvements of our software. We actively listen to our customers request and suggestions to make Icnea the best tool for your daily management.

Improvements in the management of supplements

“Planning supplements” section

A new section has been enabled in the PMS Reservations menu. This section called ‘planning supplements’ shows a list of active bookings in which supplements or extras have been booked.

In addition, with the possibility of booking supplements from the Webapp, this new tool will simplify the task of having under control all the extra elements booked.




Changes in the edition of supplements

A change has been implemented to allow the user to choose whether a supplement can be purchased only on the web, on the webapp or both. To do this, it is necessary to access the ‘Management’ section and then, in the section Rates definition, the desired changes can be made without the need for a technician to modify it.





Guests Webapp

Mandatory booking payment before signing the contract

A new variable has been added in the guests Webapp to indicate if it is mandatory that the payment of the booking has been completed to sign the contract. To set this up it is necessary to access the Server section, then System Settings and in the App section check with Yes or No the box ‘Payment completed to sign the contract’.
