February 2025 Updates

At Icnea we want to share with you new features and improvements of our software. We actively listen to our customers request and suggestions to make Icnea the best tool for your daily management.

Guest declaration:

Mossos d’Esquadra

Download the documents in TXT format and proof

The download of the guest declaration to Mossos d’Esquadra in TXT format has been enabled to allow customers to manually submit the declaration if desired. Additionally, an option has been added to download the receipt of the declaration as proof that it has been successfully completed.



SES Hospedajes

Número de lote/batch number SES Hospedajes

Now it is possible to see the numero de lote/batch number (file number for the guest registry) of SES Hospedajes inside the bookings on the History tab.


Email messaging

New email merge tags

We would like to inform that we have added new email merge tags to use in email templates for owners:

{ownername} - owner name
{ownercontact} - owner contact
{ownerapp} - owner app button
{ownerlink} - owner app link


Webapp

Guest App

The property address has been added to the home screen.

Managers App

The guest declaration has been updated to adapt SES Hospedajes and the option to charge the deposit with Swikly has been added.

Check-in App

Now it is possible to charge the deposit with Swikly.

Guest and Check-in Apps

We’ve added the option to hide the booking amount in the contract. To set it you should access 'Server > System Settings > Contract Section' > Contract without amounts and mark the option Yes.
