September 2025 Updates

Dear customer,

At Icnea we want to share with you new features and improvements of our software. We actively listen to our customers request and suggestions to make Icnea the best tool for your daily management.

Owners

Customer name

It is now possible to choose whether the customer’s name is displayed in the PDF’s and Owners Webapp.

Origin channel

A new option has been added to decide if the booking’s origin channel is displayed in onwers invoices.

Reservation amount in commission invoice

A new option is now available to hide the reservation amount in the Commission Invoice PDF.

To set these options in the new version of the PMS go to Owners section > Owners Register > Extranet, and then look for the corresponding options for each section: See customer name / See booking origin / See booking amount.


Email merge tags

Merge tags for communication with owners

A new merge tag for owners email templates has been added. The new code is {owneramount}, and it displays the portion of the amount of the booking that corresponds to the owner.
