PMS

Information of pending cleanings in Bookings menu

A new section in the Bookings menu of the PMS has been enabled to visualize the pending cleanings. With this function, users can see only the pending cleanings for the chosen day/week.

Change in the payment of reservations through Booking.com

A change has been implemented in the Booking.com reservations payment management. From now on, when a booking coming from the platform enters Icnea as payed, the payment of the booking will no longer be separated with the options ‘charged by the channel’ and ‘to be charged from the channel’. That's because when paying by credit card the full amount must be charged to the card, including the commission. For the commission charge, Booking.com will subsequently send an invoice to the manager corresponding to the commission.

Guest Webapp

Booking supplements and experiences from the guests webapp

We’ve added the option for guests to book supplements and activities through the webapp.

1. Supplements: guests can book supplements previously configured in the PMS through 'Management > Rate Definition > Supplements'. To display them correctly, it will be necessary to enter their prices in the Price Settings.
   
2. Activities: the guests will be able to book the activities that have been configured through the PMS experience menu. In order to display them correctly, the configuration of each experience must be completed with descriptions, photos, sessions and prices.
